I stayed here in July 3 years ago and used Marriot points. Good location and lovely hotel. Breakfast is crazy expensive so I didn't eat there. Concierge was very helpful. I had a room with a king so don't know about larger rooms with additional beds or roll aways. Also, it is at the top of the Via Veneto so not a ton of loud traffic.
