For anyone using these coupons I recommend taking a screenshot of the coupon number before you use it. We had a couple for MCE seats and used them at booking. Then there was a schedule change from nonstop to connecting and the system actually put us in MCE on each leg of the new itinerary. We preferred a nonstop though and while a res agent could see we had been in MCE before, they could not put us there on the new flight (seats were available). They asked if I knew the coupon # but you can't see it after it's used and it's not on the receipt. Their advice was to wait a few days for the coupons to be refunded. That didn't happen and Twitter also wasn't able to do it but suggested I call customer relations. They were able to contact the "seating desk" and get us moved. Maybe it would have been easier if I still had the coupon numbers.
