Managed to snag an additional two nights on 15K award - so I'm here now total 5 nights on points (checked in yesterday). As a Globalist was welcomed warmly and proactively upgraded to Eiffel View Tower view King room which is lovely. It's my second time at this property (last time was probably in 2017/2018) - it's as I remember it and rooms haven't been renovated or anything like that BUT it's clean, comfortable, the AC works great (which is much need since it's in the 80's this week)... the Exec Lounge I have enjoyed so far with a solid spread, and service just really nice all around.

I will say it's super busy with conventions next door and the front desk told me it's been like this for a few months now - so it might explain the lack of avail for entry level rooms... I mean, the lobby is PACKED every time I walk through with convention-goers so I think that's probably why it was so hard to find avail myself for 5 consecutive days.

Walked over to Republique today to check out the Crown Plaza which we'll be moving to next and will report on that thread with updates.
