Not all Amadeus bookings are valid for points.

edited to add: it wouldn't surprise me that an ALL hotel also mistakes an eligible rate for a non-eligible one. I've had an issue with a TA booking (using Sofitel STEP program), which luckily the hotel quickly fixed.
