I had a 1 night stay last Saturday, the evening social was cheese on a stick and a white wine which was a standard sized pouring.
Took the airport shuttle in and out of the city, the shuttle terminal is an easy 10 minute walk to the hotel. Shuttle is cash only. #6 Tram will take you to the main square 3 stops away, where it is walking distance to St Marks, city museum, and market area.
Arrived at 8 am and used the hotel transit lounge to store my bag until checkin, did not have breakfast since I had an early flight out but I received a bagged breakfast at no charge (Diamond). Welcome amenity in room was a bottle of water, can of stout beer (very good), the chocolate, apple, banana and 2 strawberries. Wifi was strong.
Turn right when exiting the hotel and turn right again at the next street, several local places to eat without the tourist prices in the city center.
I would stay here again if I return to Zagreb.
