Stayed here Sunday night, 8000 points vs $380 at the GH. Pleasant email exchange beforehand netted a drink voucher for 2 comp whatevers at the bar upon arrival. Proactively upgraded to "executive suite" which is really a junior suite (partial wall separating bed area from living room). Room was fine except I had terrible (Verizon) cell phone signal. This caused me trouble, and on one occasion I ended up having to use the room phone to dial back in to a conference call (I didn't want to risk poor quality from a laptop-based VoIP call with Skype etc). Cost $23 for a few minutes,

. That was the only real negative. Also had a miscommunication with the shuttle driver, who said "yes" when I asked whether she would take me to the rental car center, but then dropped me off in terminal C where you pick up the regular car rental shuttle. I would have just walked the 3 minutes (yes it really is just 3 minutes to the terminal) if I had known she was going to do that. She was not great, but everyone inside the actual hotel was great.
Food and drink at the bar were good. The salmon and beet salad was healthy and tasty, so were shrimp tacos. Breakfast is WAYYY better than it used to be. Biscuits and gravy, good scrambled eggs and bacon, good fruit and berries, etc.
Bonus was that I arrived at C14. The only trick upon exiting C is that you want to be between C15 and C25 when you cross the street into the parking garage, so that you are in the structure that has the sky bridge in the back, rather than in one of the adjacent structures.
