Emailed the hotel last week to ask a few questions regarding the stay. To my surprise after one week I only got a response that they will forward it to "another department". No response after that.
To me, it's another sign that I better keep my expectations really low with this property.

EDIT: i saw Lombok: have you visited the Tugu hotel there? A nice eclectic artistic hotel close to sengigi beach, we went prepandemic and it has a lot of character, slightly over the top and sometimes an atmosphere of spookyness. The Bali and Malang ones are quite nice too:
