On my recent trip to India, my T-Mobile didn't work at all(Even in Big city like Hyderabad) and also my Charles Schwab debit card did not work for getting local currency(Rupees).

I used both T-Mobile and Charles Schwab card for long time and they worked well. Does anyone know what's the latest situation on both?
