As soon as that new "Ryanair presents Mexico City" airport opened, I predicted (at least at airliners.net) that TLC would have scheduled flights return. And now, Viva Aerobus will be offering flights later in the year to
Cancun, Monterrey, Merida, and Puerto Vallarta (link in Spanish).
