I flew GRU to BOG on May 16th on a A319. The first shock was that there is no Avianca lounge at GRU. The flight departs from the domestic gates and I think they used to use a GOL lounge that is closed. There is an Espaco Banco Safra lounge in the international terminal that welcomes all the other *A airlines but not Avianca. Fortunately I managed to get into the Black Mastercard lounge that was nice but very crowded.

Here is the A319 experience:

The aeroplane

The seats

Legroom

Roll and picnic box

Contents of picnic box

Contents of room. It was quite nice, a brie type cheese and tomato and I did enjoy it!

Coffee

There was no alcohol available. In addition to coffee they served tea and coke. I think this is really bad for a six hour international flight. On the next leg of my trip to LHR there was a normal J service of dinner and breakfast with a full range of alcoholic beverages available.
