Thanks for all the replies. I'll keep my original seats (8ACDF) then for now and just pray for the best.

One other choice will be to pay for Even More Space ($70 each for 4 hr flight) and used up the $200 Amex credit. But then again, I could use that credit for an AA flight at $32 main cabin extra for a 2.5 hr flight. I just got the card and haven't designated an airline yet. Either way AA or Jetblue, regular or extra space seats, someone maybe in the middle.

EDIT: I read another thread that says Jetblue tend to put non-revenue passengers into the middle of EMS seats. So, I guess best to stick to row 8 then.
