My understanding is you don't satisfy the conditions for a transit hotel, but would like to fill your transit time with a tour. You'd like some definitive information on what is available on the lines of visa-free entry and free-tour. The airline appears to be washing its hands and passing you on to Karnak Tours: they's given you contact details, and…who knows? …Karnak might deliver a response.


If the Karnak response isn't to your liking, it's simple enough to get a visa on arrival ($25) then arrange things with any of the limo operators/tour agencies in the airport's arrivals area, or get yourself a hotel.
