So I just got a message from Qantas that my flight on JAL changed. I didn't know what it was at first, but then I checked jals site and saw that their was a aircraft swap from a 777-300er to a 787-9. I was booked in first class on the 777 but since the swap of the aircraft, I'm now downgraded to business. My ticket is an award ticket. Since they downgraded me, am I due anything, or can they switch me to Narita instead of Haneda?
