I didn't find anything about these folks on flyertalk. I figured even if it's a scam, better to put something here to alert people. Does anybody know what the actual scam is? Do they have some way of selling off cheap business class flights that aren't listed in the web accessible online booking?
Airlines (I have looked at) do not sell business class fares at extremely deep-extraordinary deep discounts to published retail fare. Some reduction: yes.
For international flights on a particular airline in the various fare buckets/booking class economy fares can have a wide % variation. Business fares some % variation. First fares little % variation.
Different airlines can have vastly different business/first fares on the same route.
Corporate travel can have big discounts to retail fares.
Are business that
sell award flights with ff miles they
buy from others. But ffp's do not allow that.
