Fine dining in Rome?

Heading to Rome in July with the family. Would like to experience GOOD FOOD, rather than tourist trap dining (so don’t just want to ask our hotel for suggestions). We’re staying at Corso 281, in case that helps, but are willing to take a taxi elsewhere in the city for a good meal. Would love some fancy / Michelin star type places, as well as more casual but super good food options. As many places haven’t made it through the pandemic, I’m looking for current suggestions rather than old threads. Suggestions from locals or regulars? Thanks!
