Would this be something CSR would cover?
If so, how do I go about doing it? Do I cancel with Spirit, get what they are offering, and contact CSR for the remainder?
Thanks in advance!
Yes, cancel with Spirit now (it's a requirement).
The other deadlines are:
Start the claims process within 20 days.
Send all paperwork within 90 days.
If she can use the remaining credit from the flight before it expires, then Chase will only cover the cancellation fee. If she is unable to use the credit and it expires, you file another claim for the expired balance.
