Pro-tip: After years of experience, for the Elite "gift bag fill," I squeeze out all the air in the ground coffee bags for more room. It usually happens on the plane ride home anyway!
I'm also a titanium member with a 5 day trip at the Sheraton Waikiki this weekend. Used my SNA but has not been improved yet. How did you get upgraded to the Ohana suite? We have the royal Hawaiian as well reserved so we have until Thursday to cancel. I'm just worried we wont get anything at the Sheraton and be stuck in a bad room.
