I am beginning to feel that all the loyalty programs are a scam with a certain percent of breakage programmed in to deny people benefits. Just enough customers get their benefits to entice new customers, aided of course by the relentlessly enthusiastic travel blogs that depend on commissions and clicks for their livelihood.
