Warning about change fees on United flights

Hi everyone, in case you didn't know, United is no longer charging change fees for Economy fares on international flights from the US. However, this is not being reflected in the Chase travel portal.

For example, a $724 flight from LAX to NRT on Chase is listed as "Economy Nonchangeable" and you need to pay $804 to get the "Economy Changeable" flight. However, United.com only lists a $724 "Economy" fare (which is changeable).

Do you guys think this is just a matter of the Chase system being out of date, or is there supposed to be an actual fare restriction/difference because of the Chase portal? Customer service just gives the usual "our fares may be different" line, not very helpful.
