Nothing - each successive covid wave has had a smaller impact on travel. Omicron was really a 6 week interruption during the seasonally slow travel season - travel came back strong starting mid February. The current wave seems relatively mild compared to Omicron, and the summer will provide some seasonal relief. Unless you get a wave that both evades vaccines and is more deadly for the vaccinated (basically back to Spring 2020 infection fatality rates for the vaccinated) I think Covid will have a lower and lower impact on travel going forward.
