Cheese isn't such a big priority to Koreans at breakfast and Korean luxury properties don't buy good enough cheese to satisfy connaisseurs. I think even the Four Seasons breakfast buffet cheese selection would disappointing to you. It's probably the one aspect of breakfast that they can cut the most and not see any fightback.
