The Courtyard here is outfitted better than most US Marriotts and Westins, with an executive lounge, large rooms that were softly renovated in 2018, 25-meter pool and sits right above a small mall with restaurants and coffee shops in it.

Half of the Sheraton is now a St. Regis, and the remaining Sheraton building is due for a total renovation and repositioning as an actual Sheraton and will leave The Luxury Collection later this year or sometime next. It’s old-fashioned and relatively old, but the service is supposed to be great and it’s a locally-revered institution. Both the Courtyard and Sheraton are downtown but on opposite ends of it - CY is surrounded by skyscrapers and office buildings, Sheraton is next to the Cultural Center and a block or two over from the seaside.
