The issue is not being able to book an award flight online. The phone agents are next to useless and always claim that flights that are available for booking online are "not available," so the only way to book is online. But login doesn't work, so can't book online. What will LH do to honor the could-have-booked-it-online-but-couldn't-due-to-login-disabled flight bookings, that couldn't be made while the availability was there (only online, not to phone agents apparently - that's a separate and ongoing issue), if the availability is no longer there by the time the site functionality is restored? Who to contact to book a revenue flight as award then in compensation (if they can't have the other Star Alliance airline release award inventory to them once it's no longer available, that is)?

I saw the flight I needed available last night. Thought I'll book it in the morning. Alas, as of this morning can't login the whole day. Phone agents claim it's not available, but it still is, as I can see on other Star Alliance sources. But it may not remain so until the logins are renabled.

I can log into Lufthansa and the LH app, but that is useless, as I don't think I can do M&M bookings from there. I can see the mileage balance (it is correct) and my current reservations, but can't do a new reservation. That just redirects to miles-and-more.com which asks to re-login, or to the M&M app in case of the app.
