It does recline. If you board late (be it timing or Zone #), your larger overhead bags will have to be placed a few rows ahead due to safety equipment being stored in the bins over row 45.

I've checked out seat guru and there seems to be a window, but does anyone know for certain if the seat reclines? I've seen a few posts on this, but no one confirms it in any of them.
