Just flew on KL's A330 about 2 weeks ago. If you are traveling with somebody it would be a good option. I found the product and service solid. I'm not sure how the footwell is for KL's 787 reverse herringbone, but I found there was more space for the feet with KL's A330 than the reverse herringbone on DL's A330. However, I would have liked more space for the elbows on KL's A330 in bed mode.
