Angry Worst customer experience from SIA

Singapore Airlines has one of the worst customer support. I canceled my ticket 6months ago and still, they haven't processed my request. they are so incompetent that they can't even refund the customer's money on time. I have tried calling them, emailing them, no use. Any suggestions on what I can do further to get my refund?
