From IFE perspective, LY has better movie selection while CO has better short (TV) program selection. This is on personal IFE (PTV) equipped flights but most LY flights to JFK and EWR are on 744 and 777s - only very few are on 742 and 767 with no PTVs.

Seats and pitch is just about the same and food is considered better on LY than CO.
