Cannot purchase seats online - "there has been an error" -

Hi
Got an AA ticket which is on Jetblue flight. Want to buy 2 x extra legroom seats, but each time I try to pay I get the 'there is an error' message. To date I have tried:

1. On the app - "there has been an error"
2. On Chrome "there is an error"
3. On Edge - the payment button does nothing.

I have cleared browser cookies, tried it on 2 x different phones and a laptop and keep getting the same response - any ideas how I can make this purchase?
