You absolutely cannot cancel paid/confirmed reservations to nonrev between the same cities on the same date. This is one of the basic rules of NRSA. Sounds like your AA friend might not nonrev much, but this could still get him into hot water if discovered (possible revocation of nonrev privileges).

Thanks, yes he literally never gives them out because of all the flexibility/rules. He said he would give them to me since I have some experience. I will bail on that idea. I appreciate your response!
