I'll save you reading 141 pages. Page 7 defines Eligible Rental, Page 8 states: "will receive one rental credit for each Eligible Vehicle Rental of up to seven (7) consecutive days."
EC rep acknowledges that T&C didn't exclude rentals paid by free day; yet asserts T&C should (because "it's double-dipping") - and flatly refuses manual credit. Says system is set-up "correctly"; no matter what Jan 2022 T&C contain or don't contain. Say you?
