I've got a problem with Qatar Airlines. Through a promo code I booked a ticket to New Zealand. The promo code was only valid till March 2022, but when I called the Customer Service in January 2022, the kind lady from QA changed my booking to October. I've got a booking confirmation and everything. Now in May 2022, QA changed their flight plan so that one of my connecting flights has to be changed. When I called Customer Service, the lady there told me that my ticket is invalid because it's only valid for bookings up till June.
Who's right now? I've got a confirmed booking in October , so I'm hoping they can't cancel my trip.
What do you think? Will I actually lose my flight tickets or can I gamble and call again in July/August to change my connecting flight?
