And it was two pax on separate PNR’s. I got three parts refunded, but the fourth, one of the original ex-USA tickets, is the one in the lurch. I’m flying QR this week and will visit the desk in Doha to see what they can tell me. Waiting hours on hold already has gotten old. If I can speak to someone and converse about what’s happened, I trust QR will do what they can.

Difficult booking for 5 persons Business about 2 years ago.
They pay back already for 1 Person and an additional Upgrade-price.
The 4 first booked flights are not at my credit card back yet.
Now I‘n waiting since January!
After 5 calls (about 4 hours together), my money is already at Qatar.
I‘m very angry now!
The hotline always trust, but it is very sad.
