I, too, vote for the coach/bus. The simple reason - Stansted Express - I hate it. All the rebranding
in the world doesn't cover the fact that it is a painfully slow 30-odd mile trawl and is responsible for the only
couple of times I have missed flights in my life. The price is frankly extortionate and even when they
replace the whole service with a bus they charge the same price. The irony of this being that you
normally use it to take low-cost flights, the airlines of which are uninterested in even the most valid reasons
for missing the check-in close. I'd love to have the definition of "express" that the rail companies use.
