i don’t think that’s correct. There have definitely been updates within the last 2 months.

As for Europe, see the posts last week on this thread. I am afraid it is not the case that face coverings are dropped across all of the EU now. Certainly ECDC and EASA have now recommended this, but individual countries can and do make their own decisions - so some have dropped requirements but some have not.
