An update: I called EuroBonus about booking on Singapore Airlines and was told that they can't book any SQ seats even by phone, neither business nor economy. She said that it's due to a technical problem with SQ. It's really strange since both United, Aegean, and Lifemiles can book tickets (albeit not long-haul C awards, but long-haul Y and intra-Asia C).
