Not sure if this will fix it but couple thoughts...

I start here. https://www.ana.co.jp/en/us/
Then I always have to sign in and ANA knows I am USA based so although the page is Ana.co.jp it converts to English.

I tried putting in just this portion of the website address in a new window it defaults back to Japanese but the header I circled in red below switches it back to English
