Not that I endorse any specific award booking service, but perhaps it might be worth looking into one of the many award booking services to see what they might suggest? There's also some free / cheap point search options available as well.

IMO there's a number of factors working against you, booking 3 months out, specific destination, specific class of service, etc. Lots to think about, and a lot to research imo.
