Not quite a status match, but quick acceleration to Globalist - 4 nights to Discoverist, 10 to Explorist and 20 to Globalist - have til end of February 2023 to complete. We are also in process of getting Hyatt card so can enjoy Discoverist benefits in meantime. We also have a ton of Chase points and can easily transfer some to Hyatt. Due to the greater value of Hyatt points, and suite upgrade options, can easily book upgrades to suites when we want to until we reach Globalist (we almost never got any type of upgrade at Marriott recently, and suite night awards never seemed to work out). So only thing we are really missing until we reach Globalist is maybe breakfast benefit we got as Platinums at Marriott properties, but found that lots of Marriotts we chose to stay at didn't give us that benefit anyway.
I'm enjoying Hyatt better than Marriott as well, good luck with the program. My boyfriend and I stayed at a Hyatt this past week and the service, upgrades and experience, was much superior to Marriotts at the same price points.
