CLT - AUA 5/14: Battlefield upgrade for this Platinum, was J0 until about 5 days out when 1 seat popped up, only 3 on the upgrade list of which I was 3rd, however the top 2 pax had the same last name and I guess didn't wantto split up, I cleared at the gate and left the OH to the horror of an entire row (8 ABC) of MCE to herself (I'm catching a lot of heat about it right now, but this is what equality looks like my dear - but in seriousness I needed to wrap up some work so the space was required). Service was pretty crappy tbh (the J class FA spent fully 15 minutes chatting up a dude in row 2 in the middle of meal service!) but the food was really good (even if I think short rib accompanied by mac & cheese is an abomination).
