I really don't like how they give you a range for NORTH AMERICA to PACIFIC (sorry i originally said Atlantic) as a 105,000-250,000, and all the available flights going west from YYZ to any AUS airport are well over 300k per person.
I am using cowtool quite a bit, it's a huge help.
Thought I would be able to just say "get me to sydney, and let me stop in greece for 3 days", go, 160k points each for J, and that would be it. I am oh such a newby for being an Oldguy.
I will keep plugging away. Looks like going eastward to SYD will be easier booking than westward to SYD. Who would have thought.

Sydney to home booked for less than 200k for the 2 of us in J so that's not so bad. SYD-LAX-LAX-YYZ. Wish I could stop in LAX for at least 23hours and 59 minutes. We have been to SFO and surrounding area, but not LAX. 24 hours would have been nice.

thanks all!
You know, stopping in Greece on the way over, could actually be cheaper since it will be easier to avoid AC flights.
Out of YYZ, you have LO and TP, that are usually very good at award space, and lots of connections to TK available, but August is just too close in. At this point you'd be lucky to find EgyptAir

From Greece, you have lots of options, EY, GF, etc, at least to get you to Singapore, and then there should be lots of SQ Y space.

You are just way too late to the party for August tho.
