You are getting new agents. They need to create a DL ghost PNR and hook the AF ticket number. Then they reissue it using normal GUC process. You just need someone to transfer you to the “AF/KL Joint Venture support desk”. They will do it all in a few mins if you get the right people. Call on Monday morning and you’ll likely have better luck.
