This is a totally renovated hotel; one can also smell the new carpet. The lounge was open; reasonably good breakfast and hors d'oeuvres in the evening. The service in the lounge was excellent. The staff members were very proactive.

As a Titanium elite, there was no complimentary suite upgrade. Instead, I got a regular room but with patio and good view. The room and bath are on small side. There are a lot of usb plugs and other power plugs; they are attached to power on the head board, which was not connected to power at all. This was little bit inconvenience. The biggest complaint was the internet speed; even though I chose the fastest one, it was the slowest one that I have experienced in the past ten years. Talking about insult to injure, the initial bill had an internet charge, which I asked to remove at check out. Another thing was that the body wash ran out.

Nevertheless, I will probably choose this Sheraton again if no better choice is available.
