Same situation for me for a flight on Tuesday, 17 May.
I made an award booking with QF miles. The booking is visible and confirmed on the Qantas end, but getting the “Error: An unexpected error has occurred” message on the JL app and website.

Checking Expertflyer, my selected seats are still occupied.
