Have you found the corresponding order on your Amazon account? It could be listed under Orders, Digital Orders, Amazon Pay. There might be other categories for orders made at physical stores. I would also look at Cancelled Orders. If you cannot find it that's a good starting point with Amazon, ask them what was purchased.
