If you decide to travel on any UK carrier, you won't find much of a discount.

Airlines that offer indirect routes via somewhere else but you may fly ex-LON, will offer the better deals. Or via Canada on AC, or on NZ.

Sorry.. if you insist on taking BA, you have to go to Europe and buy the grey market fares they have there (not avail through BA's website).
