Have the same problem for three days now: "Error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again. (0000)" when tried to run "Manage Booking." Don't know why. Was able to assign seats a couple of weeks earlier via the same Manage Booking tab. Mine is an award ticket using Asia miles. A bit concerned though the reservation is still good on CX website. Appreciate any suggestions!
