HR is fine. The renovated rooms are decent but very bare bones character wise. The non renovated rooms look old as dirt. They did apologize for not having any suites available without me even asking so it sounds like they do make an effort to upgrade globalist. Didn’t try the breakfast in the restaurant but it sounds good based on previous reviews. Haven’t stayed at the others so I can’t comment.

Something to keep in mind is the hotel does host a lot of large events which probably isn’t unique considering the area. It was a dance competition for kids the weekend I was there so a ton of little rugrats running around with long elevator waits at times. No issues with noise in the hallways at least where I was.
