FYI, I found out JetBlue's True Blue for Mosiac Members (877-JET-TRUE) and it quoted a 15 minute wait, more like 5 minutes, for a call back (versus the main line which is quoting nearly 2 hours). The guy was very helpful and told me this is a common problem with the website and point bookings that for whatever reason they go back in, and people end up with a) either free flights that JetBlue didnt take points for or b) JetBlue will eventually cancel the reservation. Anyway, he manually redeemed the points -- which still does make me a bit nervous but everything's on the up and up now and there are notes in the reservation. So hopefully no computer gremlins get mad later and take it all away.
