I have an early return question: 1-day 1-way reservation, pick up in the morning and return the next morning at the airport. However now I plan to return same day before midnight. I have 2 of these, on a Wednesday and a Saturday (Budget and Dollar). Should I cancel and make new reservations? Prices are only slightly higher. I know there can be penalties if a rate requires a Saturday night or you reduce the number of days. I'm not sure if any of that could apply and can't find specific terms.
