I sure do miss the pmCO service of a proper multi-course meal in stages: salad cart with FAs serving the dressing to your liking as they serve, cheese cart with wheels that the FAs plate as they serve, and of course the sundae cart with a la carte toppings of hot fudge, caramel, and cherries. Not to mention full open bar PDBs. I don’t think we will ever see this kind of service again on UA, and that makes me sad.
Honestly, that wasn't too different than the pre-COVID J service. The only differences I recall with the pmCO J service were that the salad/appetizer course and cheese were plated individually in the aisle and the main was plated in the galley (as opposed to being reheated in a casserole dish). Definitively made for a nicer presentation, but at this rate I'll take any improvement in the current Polaris service. It really wouldn't cost anything just to return to proper courses of service (retaining the express dining option for anyone who desires to eat quickly).
