Honestly, that wasn't too different than the pre-COVID J service. The only differences I recall with the pmCO J service were that the salad/appetizer course and cheese were plated individually in the aisle and the main was plated in the galley (as opposed to being reheated in a casserole dish). Definitively made for a nicer presentation, but at this rate I'll take any improvement in the current Polaris service. It really wouldn't cost anything just to return to proper courses of service (retaining the express dining option for anyone who desires to eat quickly).
